Blum Coffee House is building the Blum Ecological Shop project in line with the Slow City philosophy. The Blum shop offers hand-knitted rag dolls made by local female artisans, It supports both sustainability and women producers and local artisans/designers by offering handmade notebooks, 100% cotton organic fabric bags, t-shirts and other sustainable textile products specially designed for Blum, puzzles, pencils made of natural materials and knitting kits.
The Slow City philosophy also includes slowing down life and mental relaxation. Writing, knitting and craftwork have an important place in the Slow lifestyle.
